Are you ready for Christmas girls?

I am just about there. It is 5:16 AM Christmas Eve day and I hope to make cookies this morning. Despite the fact that we have had our electric off twice

we are back on track and the house is decorated and ready for the big day. My son and his family arrive at noon and my daughter will be here on December 25th. Both days we will celebrate with a big family supper.

I also snapped these photos during the ice storm. You might enjoy them. They are my first attempt at photographic art and the images are available on Etsy for sale.

I also snapped some photos of Casey's latest project which is just about finished except for a few more green glass knobs. This is just amazing and to think he is 80 and still accomplishing so much. I just don't know how he does it?

Hello Girls...

I made another wreath last night and wanted to share the outdoor photos with you. I have had several request to show you my wreaths as I make them so here you go. Thank you for your interest and support of my creations. It is GREATLY APPRECIATED. This one is called SUGAR AND SPICE AND EVERYTHING NICE and features vintage ornaments from the 1940's, 1950's, 1960's and today with a running theme of CANDY CANES as you can see.

I have been collecting Christmas ornaments for thirty years and this wreath was made from that collection.
